TAA Delegation, including WATC president, visited Turkey's President Abdullah Gül

Turkey’s President Abdullah Gul received the delegation of the Turkic American Alliance (TAA) at the Çankaya Presidential Palace. There were Dr. Faruk Taban, Furkan Kosar, Ozkur Yıldız, Cemil Teber, Bilal Eksili and Fatih Beyhan in the delegation. Dr. Taban presented to President Gul Annual Report of TAA and discussed 2011 programs and 2012 projects. Furthermore, Furkan Kosar gave a three dimensional picture which was written on it “The sun shines again over Manhattan”.

President Gul expressed his gratitude to Dr. Taban and his delegation for their work in the US. He stated “government supported activities may not last long; you are doing great work through your own communities' resources”.

Dr. Taban invited President Gul to participate in one of the TAA events during his visit to the US. President Gul accepted the invitation with a pleasure.
